The number "6" in Icelandic is "sex," which is where Iceland got the mix-up.
Hong Kong is good at English thanks to England. It used to be required for all people in Hong Kong to learn how to speak Cantonese and British English. (My dad lived in Hong Kong for eight years.) I don't know if it's required now. Supposedly Mandarin's becoming the new thing.
Iceland, on the other hand, has been said to have an accent in his English that he's not particularly fond of so he practices English whenever he can. Hong Kong is more than happy to help.
