Romania and his little brother (perhaps)

In the latest blog post by Himaruya, a weird crying character was introduced. I sort of assumed he was Moldova because Romania said his little brother was Moldova in the Christmas 2011 strip. Plus they were both under the Soviet Union at the time of the event. There are strange resemblances, too--mainly the hat and fangs. But then, Moldova looked different in his initial sketches so maybe not. Maybe it's a city or something.

Recently here have been a lot of Prussia comics with him in the Soviet Union. It makes me kind of sad...
