Raffle Prize: Norway Icon

Raffle prize for who wanted an icon of Norway. For her use only.

It's Norway from Hetalia Fantasia--which explains why he's holding a tome (with animated flipping pages) and surrounded by that magic swirling stuff.

Ugh...I went overboard with the animation. This thing took like five hours of outlining and multiple files in case I messed up...

And there was a rut I got stuck in when I realized to my horror that I had made Norway's head too big. T~T I animated the sparkly magical stuff before anything else. (It takes 6 frames to complete a loop, but 12 to adjust the frame-rate.) Sparkles were made courtesy of =Gasara's icon tutorial. Despite everything that happened, I'm pretty proud of this one.
