Not as Before

I would like to think that Norway could put up with Hong Kong in his own ways not only because he says the right things, but because his brother is making friends.

This is actually a really early comic I did if you notice the slight different in Norway's design, but I wanted to save this until Hong Kong stayed with Iceland for a decent amount of time.
