Bishounen-ed up for your enjoyment, but this style will only pertain to this comic and perhaps a few scarce others.
There are two ways to interpret Hong Kong's question in the last panel: the first is that Hong Kong is asking Iceland about how he's feeling emotional-wise. The second is...well, that's why it's bishounen-ed up.
Of course, "How are you feeling right now?" is derived from the first conversation Hong Kong and Iceland had in the Halloween 2011 event.
