I need to brush up on proper capitalization. Some people capitalize "that," some don't. Which to choose?

Sorry, Iceland, but no matter what, I'll always think meat-filled buns are better than licorice. >.<

I apologize if the artwork is bad. It's probably going to sound like an excuse, but I only got an hour of sleep and my time with my iPad is limited to the weekend so I decided to cram in the drawings as fast as possible to make room for other things.

In any case, I support Hong Kong and Iceland as friends, not necessarily a pairing. I think they would be cute friends.
